Plastic Bank collaborates with ClimatePartner to protect the biosphere
As a consultancy specialized in climate protection, ClimatePartner helps customers calculate, reduce, and offset their carbon emissions to become certified carbon neutral. In collaboration with Plastic Bank, ClimatePartner is stopping ocean plastic and improving lives while ethically working for a cleaner, more regenerative environment. Throughout the collaboration, Plastic Bank will stop 10 kg of plastic waste from entering the ocean for each tonne of CO2 that is compensated through ClimatePartner programs. In this way, their constantly growing network of business clients becomes aware of the impactful initiatives by Plastic Bank. Over the last year (2021), our partnership helped prevent 873,000 kilograms of plastic waste from entering the ocean.
